Expédition & retours
Chaque commande est préparée avec soin et expédiée dans un délai de 24h à 72h (jours ouvrés).
Dès l'envoi de votre colis, un numéro de suivi vous sera communiqué pour vous permettre de suivre son acheminement jusqu'à chez vous.
Vous disposez d'un délai légal de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour changer d'avis (conformément aux articles L221-18 à L221-28 du Code de la consommation).

Téléchargez et complétez notre formulaire de retour (qui se trouve en bas de la page), puis glissez-le à l'intérieur de votre colis.
Renvoyez-nous votre bijou via un envoi suivi (Lettre Suivie ou Colissimo). Les frais d'expédition retour sont à la charge du client.
Conditions d'acceptation :
Les articles doivent être retournés dans leur état strictement d'origine (non portés, non abîmés, propres) et accompagnés de leur emballage initial. Tout produit renvoyé incomplet, porté ou détérioré ne pourra faire l'objet d'un remboursement.
⚠️ Pour des raisons d'hygiène et de protection de la santé, les boucles d'oreilles ne sont ni reprises, ni échangées.
