No, because Lakaz Bizou ships orders quickly. Once confirmed, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Please check your cart carefully before confirming.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and the destination. They will be clearly indicated before you finalize your purchase.

Where do you ship?

Lakaz Bizou delivers to mainland France and throughout Europe. For any other destination, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for more information.


How long does it take to receive my order?

For mainland France, delivery times are generally 2 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier selected when you placed your order.

What should I do if my package is damaged or not received?

RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have a 14-day withdrawal period (in accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code) from the receipt of your package to return a product to us, provided it is in its original condition (unworn, unused). Return shipping costs are at your expense.

LAKAZ BIZOU jewelry is designed with resistant materials such as stainless steel (316L) and natural stones. With regular care and appropriate use, they are made to last.

Can my LAKAZ BIZOU jewelry get damaged easily?

LAKAZ BIZOU stainless steel jewelry is particularly resistant and will accompany you daily. Natural stones, however, require a little more attention: like MOONSTONE or TURQUOISE, avoid direct contact with perfume and rinse them with clear water after prolonged swimming. These small gestures will suffice to preserve their brilliance and beauty in the long term.

Does LAKAZ BIZOU jewelry contain chemical substances?

No, our customers' health is our priority. All our jewelry complies with the strictest European standards, is hypoallergenic, and designed from healthy and safe materials.


CARE OF YOUR NATURAL STONES

  • Turquoise: This is the most fragile. It can change from blue to dull green if it absorbs too much grease or chemicals.

  • Malachite: Very sensitive to acids (even acidic perspiration) and household products.


  • Moonstone: It can become opaque and lose its bluish reflections if it is too exposed to chemicals.

    Amethyst:     It can eventually whiten or become very pale over the years under intense sunlight.

    Rose Quartz:     It loses its pretty pink color and turns grayish if it stays in direct sunlight too often.

    Mother-of-Pearl and Pearls:     They are alive! They hate perfume. If they dry out too much or come into contact with alcohol, they lose their "luster" (their iridescent shine).
